Feathers for Blender 2.8

It is designed to be highly versatile and Powerful.

This node group is highly inspired by the tutorial of Martijn Steinrucken Aka The Art of Code. I thought it will be nice to Convert the code into nodes, and here it is. You can play around with the values and create various procedural Feathers

Notes:

- Only works with Blender 2.8x

- Works with both Eevee and Cycles
